Read MoreCPC Engineering has been providing Protection and Control Solutions for centrifugal and axial compressors for over 30 years. Over these decades, we have learned from the countless applications in which we have installed our proprietary products, making us stand out for total flexibility in the implementation of our solutions and a proven increase in efficiency in any compressor system.
Over the years we have accumulated a profound knowledge in Control Systems of all types, from simple control loops to complex control structures. Due to the growing need for process optimisation, we have developed a working methodology for systematic plant optimisation. This methodology is based on the foundation of multidisciplinary teams to identify all the elements involved in each loop and to standardise the applied solutions as much as possible.
At CPC Engineering we have more than 40 years of experience in Control Systems, we have seen the technology evolve from the old pneumatic controllers to the modern programmable logic controllers. This technological development over time leads to the obsolescence of the equipment, so we support our customers for advice and development of detailed engineering in many projects related to system migration between controllers, from local controller to DCS or between DCS's of different generation.
Control and Processes are two closely linked entities, therefore there is no simple control that can work reliably and robustly in processes of a certain complexity. For this reason, at CPC Engineering we support our clients in the definition and development of Advanced Control Solutions fully adapted to complex processes such as: air, steam or utilities distribution networks, Tank farm and blending management, load sharing balance systems, and many others.
CPC Engineering has excelled in recent years as a Project Supervisor/Integrator in this type of industry. Our management guarantees the successful execution/planning of large projects, from conception to delivery, achieving maximum efficiency, quality and success in achieving objectives at each stage of the process.
Increasing efficiency is one of the services most in demand by our clients in recent years. CPC Engineering offers its clients fully customisable energy studies and audits, whose main objective is to increase efficiency, all based on our experience in control systems.

CPC Engineering included in the control room our Fast Monitoring Tool that ensures very fast records (below 50ms)
which are critical for process monitoring and troubleshooting in this type of process.
CPC Engineering has developed a system to remotely connect and assist its customers around the world with their Protronic PS2 controllers. The new system allows for remote assistance and to upload, download and migrate the Protronic PS2 programs from our offices to better support our customers.
Read MoreDue to requests from numerous customers, CPC Engineering has decided to improve its RMP monitoring tool by developing its connectivity with DCS systems. In this way it is able to establish a connection between the DCS server and a PC connected to the DCS network, which will host the RMP.
Read MoreCPC ENGINEERING has been involved in Control Systems Solutions related activities for decades. In the past, it has implemented controls, mainly compressor controls such as Anti-Surge Controls and Surge Detectors inside Protronic PS and PS2 (initially branded Hartmann & Braun, H&B, and then later ABB).
