CPC Engineering, as a speaker at the upcoming EMERSON event in Dusseldorf, Germany, will lead an informative session under the title "Increasing Efficiency in Process Air Compressors." This presentation will focus on one of their latest projects on Energy Efficiency, in which the performance of a Process Air Compressor was greatly improved.

The project developed by CPC Engineering addresses an efficiency problem currently faced by many industries: The need to reduce energy consumption. Our strategy focused on the Process Air Compressor, by reducing the Surge point, allowing the compressor to operate efficiently with the vent valves completely closed. This innovative approach not only optimized compressor performance but also achieved a significant reduction in energy consumption and therefore a large reduction in energy costs.

Exploring in detail the Control Solutions implemented by CPC Engineering, we highlight the advanced technologies used, the extensive knowledge of the subject, and the precise modifications made to the system. This included everything from adjustments in compressor operation to the implementation of custom controls. With all this, we achieved improved efficiency in operation and profitability for our client.
