These solutions cover both TopSides units (gas, condensate) and Marine auxiliary systems, adapting to ICSS, PLC, or hybrid platforms.
How we apply it
CPC Engineering’s FPSO Solutions cover all units and individual loops for both Topsides and Marine.
After an initial review of all involved loops, interventions are planned to include:
- Preliminary loop tuning / Audit of existing strategies.
- Review of control typicals to be implemented.
- Implementation and testing on the ICSS test bench (onboard or remotely).
- Deployment on the FPSO, commissioning, and optimization.
These solutions apply to both new and existing systems and adapt to any control platform installed onboard (ICSS, PLC, hybrid).
